Mission: The purpose of Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc. is to seek justice in housing, to eliminate discrimination, improve tenant-landlord relations, increase the supply and quality of low- and moderate-income housing, lessen neighborhood tensions and work with communities to maintain stable, integrated neighborhoods.

Description of Programs and Services: BNI provides specific services to residents of Baltimore who may be close to losing their homes by reason of eviction or other serious housing problem. It also helps residents who are disabled remain in their home by assisting them with obtaining a reasonable accommodation or modification. This has the result of making their home accessible enough for them to remain there. BNI also assists residents who feel they have been discriminated against in housing due to their race, family status, disability, religion or national origin.
