Mission: The mission of CASA of Baltimore County, Inc. is to improve the lives of Baltimore County children involved in abuse and neglect proceedings in Juvenile Court in Baltimore County. The Vision of the organization is that every child identified as in need of a Court Appointed Special Advocate will have one appointed to their case by the Juvenile Court.

Description of Programs and Services: We recruit, screen, train and support citizen volunteers to provide advocacy services on behalf of abused and neglected children in foster care. The volunteers are trained and supervised by licensed clinical social workers with child welfare experience. Our volunteers represent the diversity of the community we serve on all levels: racially; ethnically; educationally; and socioeconomic levels.
