Description of Programs and Services: The
Franciscan Center has a number of programs that serve the needs of disadvantaged
individuals: 1. Lunch Program; 2. Men's Clothing Program; 3. Emergency Services,
including a) Eviction Prevention, b) HIV/AIDS Outreach, c) Elderly/Disabled
Outreach, and d) Health Care, including prescription co-pay, transportation;
4) Food Pantry.
Total number of people served: 3,455 individuals; 145,134 contacts during the year
