Mission: Chesapeake Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with G-d and people of all faiths and races to develop communities for people in need by building and renovating houses, creating home ownership opportunities.

Description of Programs and Services: Chesapeake Habitat renovates homes in partnership with future homeowners who are low-income residents. Homeowner applicants then purchase homes with no-interest mortgages paying them off over 15, 18, or 20 years. We provide simple, decent homes enabling families to attain stability, build wealth (equity), and connect them to a support network of other Habitat homeowners.
