Mission: The mission of Project T.O.O.U.R., Inc. is to create opportunities for quality and affordable housing; to plan, develop and sustain a system to build a skilled workforce for the local work market; to plan develop and implement activities that promote neighborhood revitalization; to foster the opportunity for all community residents to participate in civil affairs that effect their daily lives; to build and coordinate a collaborative delivery system to provide social services to meet community needs; to assist economic development efforts by fostering a skilled workforce and the development of job creation efforts; to deliver quality services to our residents and clients in a responsive, responsible and efficient manner.
