Description of Programs and Services: BMS provides primary health care, pediatrics, family medicine, adult medicine, geriatrics, OB/GYN and mental health services in 7 medical center locations to approximately 27,000 individuals. The services are provided to all classes of income including Medicaid and Medicare with a special emphasis on the uninsured who make up 18% of our patient ratio. In addition to medical care in our centers and in hospitals if admission is required, BMS also provides a wide range of social services, outreach and enabling services such as benefits assessment, referrals management, social work, care management, disease management, translation, transportation management and health education. We also operate 5 school-based health centers in Baltimore City.
