THE HARRY AND JEANETTE WEINBERG FOUNDATION, INC.
APPLICATIONS
ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE 2005 HARRY AND JEANETTE WEINBERG FELLOWS PROGRAM
Are you the executive director of a nonprofit organization based in the Baltimore metropolitan area, assisting disadvantaged members of our community?
Would you like a chance to hone your skills, work more closely with other service providers, and carve out some time to consider management issues that keep getting pushed aside by a relentless work load?
The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Fellows Program is a series of overnight retreats that blend hands-on skills, practical information, inspirational speakers, and the chance to explore nonprofit issues with peers who quickly become a support network of colleagues and friends. This could be the management enhancement program for you!
Here’s what a few of the current Participants have to say about The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Fellows Program:
"My experience as a Weinberg Fellow
has been outstanding, especially since participation has introduced me and my
organization to so many wonderful neighboring organizations with whom we now
enjoy a very positive and beneficial working relationship that has benefited
those who come to us with so many needs."
-- Rev. Aaron Dowdell, The
Franciscan Center, 2004 Weinberg Fellow
“The Weinberg Fellows Program
has created a new opportunity for me to work with leaders in the nonprofit arena
that face the same challenges, both personal and professional, that I do on a
daily basis.”
--- Bob McEwan, MEDBANK of Maryland, 2004 Weinberg Fellow
