Selection Criteria

The basic criteria for the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Fellows Program:

1. Executive Directors 
2. of 501(c)(3) agencies 
3. serving poor and needy people 
4. in the Baltimore metropolitan area, 
5. directly responsible to volunteer Boards of Directors.
   

Each group of Fellows will be selected to include leaders of service agencies and neighborhood organizations, with diverse levels of experience, varied agency missions, and a range of perspectives. The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation is especially interested in increasing dialogue and strategic collaboration in order to help individuals, families and communities to thrive.
