Project EM, a virtual initiative, provides personalized career coaching, financial literacy, and holistic services to job seekers across the country, regardless of background. This inclusive model increases access to vital resources, especially for rural communities, helping 80% of clients who completed the program find employment.

A Foundation-commissioned analysis by the Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma revealed that services for survivors of intimate partner violence are fragmented and underfunded across key communities. In response, the Foundation is shifting its strategy to prioritize long-term, stable funding and comprehensive support to help survivors achieve lasting safety and economic stability.
