Arlene Cox

Arlene Cox has been a part of the staff at the Weinberg Foundation since 2005 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Second-in-command to president and CEO Rachel Garbow Monroe, Arlene helps keep the Foundation running both effectively and efficiently. She is responsible for managing the entire staff on a wide range of topics, including operations, human resources, information technology, maintenance, and grants.

As a manager for the international death care industry, Arlene began her career in the outskirts of Philadelphia. Promotions included managing the administrative side of the industry in San Diego, and then an executive position in the Baltimore region. 

She is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a concentration in Business Management.
