Arlene Cox has been working at The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation since June 2005 and currently serves as the Chief of Staff. Within this role, she is responsible for managing the entire staff on a wide range of topics, including operations, human resources, information technology, accounting, maintenance, real estate, and grants. Arlene also serves as the President’s second-in-command, helping to keep her days running smoothly.
Arlene began her career as a manager for an international death care industry in the outskirts of Philadelphia. After just a few years, she was promoted to manage the southern California administrative side of the death care industry. She worked in San Diego for three years before being promoted to an executive position where she managed the administrative work for the Baltimore region.
Arlene graduated from East Stroudsburg University located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.
