Weinberg Foundation Hawai'i 2022 year in review

The Foundation looks forward to building on these achievements together with our wonderful community partners in 2023! Starting next year, we are also excited to bring you news of the Foundation's work across the United States and in Israel, as we merge this newsletter with a broader collection of updates from our priority communities.

Community-driven solutions to address food insecurity on the island of Kaua'i

An estimated one in three Kauaʻi children are food insecure, and 58 percent of residents who struggle to access food do not qualify for public assistance programs, according to the latest survey from Malama Kauaʻi, a nonprofit working to increase local food production and access for communities on Kauaʻi.
