Episcopal Housing Corporation celebrates grand opening of Four Ten Lofts in Baltimore

Weinberg Foundation grantee Episcopal Housing Corporation recently completed the Four Ten Lofts project in Baltimore City, an affordable housing community that will include permanent supportive housing for people experiencing chronic homelessness. Healthcare for the Homeless will provide supportive services to ensure that this transition is successful.

This project brings a new model to Maryland for creating permanent supportive housing in a mixed-income community. The Weinberg Foundation provided a grant of $1.6 million for the construction of the community.
